SIAD, there has been a lot to keep up with lately! I remember reading a few articles where I THINK Harbaugh and maybe Brown commented that they weren't doing 2 a days-I have tried to find those articles to see if my recollection is correct and if they expanded on why but has there been any additional discussion here? Is it merely a matter of giving more time for the bodies to recover which leads to better practices? Also less prone to injury/stupid mistakes if not so tired? Is it outmoded since (presumably) the kids work hard all summer? Are other teams going this? I don't have an issue with it lol just curious.
