Michael has tweeted that Cam York has committed to Michigan for next season. That would be a very nice pickup for Mel and his staff.
A BC de-commit, York is good in all three zones even though he is known for his ability to quarterback a power play.
After spending two years in the Shattuck St. Mary’s program, York has spent the last two years at the US National Team Development Program.
Currently, York is considered to be a mid-first round pick in june’s NHL draft.
