The worm turned for me with Sparty when Dantoni arrived. Dantoni pointed to us as their boogie man and sewed a massive chip onto their psyche. At that point, MSU went from occasional rival to something far darker. Comp has built a small mob who do shots of his hater aid.

- Michigan is solely responsible for the pregame incident and is yet another reason why Michigan is to be hated. Comp seems demented on this issue. (he must have also blamed Denard's face mask for snagging McDowells hand and self twisting)
- Injuries are the cause of the loss.

- Michigan was lucky on the two touchdown drives because of the tips. Gentry was not reestablished and should not have counted. (the fact that MSU couldn't move the ball or convert a 3rd down was not luck
) - Why did we celebrate if they are not a rival. Celebrating on their logo appeared to be unpopular. (this seems to make them happy)
- Dantoni is a man of the highest character and if he said BS, then that is all that is needed.
- (It is my belief that if Dantoni showed up on a Nassar video, the fan base would circle the wagons and defend him)
- Their offensive coordinator (Warner) is a total mess and needs to be fired.
- Their team speed is awful and they were shocked by our D just owning them.
- Their recruiting is a concern. JUCO is in several threads. (they are not wrong. They whiffed on their OL and QB recruiting. Lewerke looks like he got Hackenberged and Rolf from Sound of Music does not look like he can play. He got bad reviews in the Elite 11 prelims and you can see why)
- Comp now sees the ceiling of the season at 7 wins. I am not sure I see 7 and neither does he really. Purdue is going boat race them next week.
