What is driving the significant player turnover?

Is there a “gentle push” from the coaching staff to certain players to enter the portal to improve a broken culture? Or is it player driven for a better opportunity to play?

I am sure there is a mix of reasons however the numbers seem larger than previous years. Not surprising after such a difficult year.
