Phil Booth is , has and always will be a punk ......he played in our conference at Mt St Joe's in Baltimore and my oldest son played against him and Booth always played on the edge of being dirty
and always complained about being fouled . His HS team had the current # 1 Maryland recruit Jalen Smith on it and also Darrell Morsell who starts at guard for Maryland now . Booth ALWAYS made everything about himself , would try and throw the extra elbow or the subtle push in the back and then look at the ref and go , " ME ? " when the whistle would blow . My son and I were watching the game and sure enough he tries to start something in the pregame ......I had read he had issues with Jay Wright the year he had his knee injury , which doesn't shock me .....just not a good kid in my eyes .
