but one thing I saw on Saturday (and various other times of the year by other teams) that I think should be outlawed was the practice of OSU in the hurry-up offense (going under ctr with 15+ on the play clock), which prevented us from refreshing personnel. Then they backed out, let the clock run down, and went on about their business with a tired/depleated/incorrect defense unable to adjust. It just seemed to be an unfair advantage of the situation...can anyone help me here?
Perhaps someone with the rules can enlighten me...
