Northwestern was a borderline top 25 team this year playing at home, off a bye, coming off a humiliating loss. This game was to be expected IMO.
I posted before the Nebraska game that our next 3 games would tell us a lot. We blew out Nebraska, won a close game against against NW, and now have Maryland at home. I expected at least 1 nail biter of the 3. If we blow out Maryland everything is as expected.
Michigan’s schedule this year is brutal. The players sense that and kids can only get emotionally high for a few games a year.
A lot of season left and this Michigan teams story has yet to be written.
