Awright! We win game 2 4-0 behind Zach and Adam Wimborg and the boys get to sing The Victors for the first time this season!

Really happy for them to get to sing the song in what's likely to be Red's last game at Yost. Crazier things have happened than winning 3 straight, especially since the Big Ten isn't any good. They're playing better and getting pretty good goaltending. Hopefully they'll at least make themselves a tough out, and maybe ruin PSU's season like they did to us a couple of years ago....

Who are those guys?!?! :)

Really happy for Red and for Zach, a really great kid.

Heh - In order to have a winning record for the season - we have to win the national championship.

It would be interesting to ask what happened between the beginning of the season- when we saw them play some solid hockey, and now. This was the team I expected to see a few months ago, as they improved from the start of the season.

One funny thing last night was the crowd- it was PACKED last night. And the crowd was loud all night- it was as if we were going for the #1 seed after a great season, but the reality was to upset a PSU team to just finish 5th. Besides the fact that the team is playing well, it was a great illustration of how great our hockey fans are. They packed Yost for a team that is well under .500 and just trying to stop PSU's season. That's pretty awesome, if you ask me.

Well - it won't be surprising that a lot of people came to the Saturday game because they realized it might be the last time they get to see Red coach at Yost, eh?
