Paris, Bruges, Amsterdam

My wife and I are leaving day after Christmas for 2 days in each city.. Paris, Bruges, then Amsterdam. Anyone got any great spots besides the typically touristy things? Will be in Bruges for Michigan game.. hoping to find somewhere to stop in watch for a bit!
