do with all the coaches we now have either as staff or administrative positions. Could it be he is building a chain of succession since many of his staff may have aspirations of head coaching jobs so their replacements may already be in place and will be familiar with the inner workings of the program??? Kind of off the wall maybe but some of the guys brought in as admin guys may become coaches again??
