While we all expect Doyle to get 25-28 minutes, and Donnal/Wilson to play the balance, I'm still thinking we might see Chatman at the 5 in a non-traditional smaller lineup.
Wilson is listed at 6-9 220, Chatman is listed at 6-7 1/2 and 210
Looking at both guys, Chatman looked stronger - still not in great shape, but has the frame to be 230
He's not an ideal 5, but you could play him against certain teams - he's a very good passer with soft hands and is a good rebounder.
I'm expecting 6-7 posts saying NO WAY, he's not a 5 etc - I'm not saying he is a 5, but with the depth and log jam if Brown comes or not, the coaches may need to get creative and experiment a bit
Swanigan who MSU just signed is only 6-8 and he's considered a 5 - he's also 255 pounds, but I don't doubt Chatman will be closer to 225 this season - he could grow into a bruiser
