First: in before someone says "who cares about soccer?"
With that out of the way, Liverpool advances only if any of the following happen:
1. PSG loses (not happening)
2. Liverpool wins their match against Napoli 1-0.
3. Liverpool wins by any other score as long as they win by 2.
Tottenham advances if they beat Barcelona at Camp Nou. A seemingly very difficult task, but having already advanced and won their group outright Barelona is letting Messi and Suarez ride the pine today (their backups aren't scrubs but, well, they're not Messi and Suarez).
If you'd asked me a few days ago I would have said neither advance. But with a Salah hat trick at Bournemouth on Saturday (and a clean sheet), maybe Liverpool can get it done at home. If they do it won't be 1-0.
Tottenham has kind of stumbled through their group and playing at Camp Nou is never easy regardless of whether Messi is playing. I guess we'll see how motivated Barcelona is for a game that doesn't mean anything to them.
