I grew up in Michigan and then "moved" all over the country. Today I was listening to a UM blog where the participant clearly stumbled over the word.( maybe too young or to many losses to JB) I think it feels uncomfortable to the "Michigan Mouth" . I have heard it before!
It occurred to me that I did too, when I moved to the west coast.
