For the longest time it’s been Wild Turkey 101. BT wasn’t always easy to find for me but lately it’s been everywhere. I still love WT101 for cocktails, but BT neat goes way beyond its price point. Impressively complex for a 90. Good sweetness, nice oak on the finish. Lately it’s been a butterscotch bomb for me which is awesome because I LOVE butterscotch.
