This has been posted before by others, but I thought it deserved a new mention.
I sort of make a hobby out of trying coffees from around the country. So when UM alumnus, Chris Curtis, started his own business (Blue Ridge Coffee Crafters) to support his retirement a couple of years ago, I gave it a try.
Wasn't my favorite at the time. However, I recently tried again - he clearly has learned the craft and, IMO, is now top flight.
And you have love his comment: "Attacking our coffee roasting with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind!"
