OT: training a Lab puppy. She refuses to walk on a leash all of a sudden

First time dog owner. I have a 4 month old and all of a sudden she wont walk when leashed. She was happily doing it before. If I try to bribe her with a treat she wont eat it. She will just sit there waiting me out. Others have advised me that she is trying to be dominant and just drag her until she gets the message, but that doesn't seem right. I don't want to give her PTSD.
