OT: Tiger fans, YouTube TV subscribers

Since YouTube TV no longer carries the Fox Sports Regional networks, any suggestions on how to watch the Tigers this summer? I don’t want to switch from YouTube TV so I don’t really consider that an option so is there a cheap alternative to stream the Tigers telecasts?
