Went to a local butcher....and bought some stuff
Took dried aged strip and goose livers and made a burger grind
Took a slab of apple wood smoked bacon and sliced it into quarter inch thick strips....covered them with cracked peppercorns and rendered them at 225 for an hour
Took the bacon fat and mixed it with my burger grind
Made a maple syrup and port reduction to glaze my bacon and then broiled it to carmalize
At the same time I cooked my dry aged steak and goose liver burger....put a slice of overpriced but delicious cheddar I bought at the butcher and fried an egg to put on top....
