The wacko tore up the doctor's note and said nothing to his employer. Incredibly the doctor never notified his employer either, which is a major failure of professional responsibility. Forget confidentiality -- an AIRLINE PILOT who is declared unfit to work is a threat to the safety of others and doctor-patient confidentiality no longer applies. If German law states otherwise they have a huge problem with their system.
