I'm sure you read the comments from the former Israeli head of the Defense Ministry space directorate about existing agreements with an alien galactic federation and to not publish that they are here as humans are not advanced enough yet. I think he also said something about astronauts and aliens working together deep on Mars. Ramblings of an 87 yr old guy? Maybe hitting the bottle a bit hard? Curious what the NASA community thinks.
