I am now the proud owner of two lakefront properties(Ontario) in Kent NY. Bought them off an old timer that doesn't have the energy or time to maintain them anymore. He used them as rentals for fisherman from September- April every year.
Best part is they are 10 minutes from my Family that has a big Bed and Breakfast place. My Aunt does all the cleaning after the groups depart. Pretty excited to spend some summer weekends on the lake fron
