When do you hire an on-site, full time accountant / Controller? My company is small (36 employees) but I feel like I am losing grip on some financial details that are dragging me down. I currently have an off-site accountant that does payroll, taxes, etc. for the past 19 years but I feel I need a person near me to bounce ideas off of, answer employees questions, etc.. It will certainly cost more but I think I would sleep easier at night and would also give me more time on the Fort . Any advice would be appreciated.
