I am selling a townhouse owned by my mom in a retirement community. I own the property and my mom recently passed away. I am not up for being a landlord to elderly people and the margin isn't there anyway.
No way do I pay full pop commissions as these homes sell themselves. Its a big community so the comps and locations are very clear.
Are there books, websites or advice anyone can give me on how to get comps, list, etc..
Or are there discount agents people have used with success?
