OT: Samsung 4K LED Curved UHD Smart TV

Building a man cave; came across a deal where I can get a 65" Samsung 4K LED Curved UHD Smart TV for $1,295.99. (MSRP = $3,199.99).

Anyone have any experience with: a) the curved TVs; b) UHD TVs? Is it worth the price?

Had been thinking about just getting a 55" HD Smart TV ... but at this price ... I may just bite the bullet.

I'd appreciate any thoughts, insights, voices of experience.
