OT: Question for "mature" runners. I started running back in March, first on the

treadmill, then in June on some flat trails around our house.

Noticed about 3 weeks ago that I'm starting to get some knee pain, in both knees. I'm not running marathons or anything like that, just 5Ks.

I'm older, will be 52 in November, so I know that happens with age but are you taking anything such as glucosamine supplements or anything like that? What about those copper sleeves I see Favre advertising?

I know I'm going to have some soreness but I don't want the pain. It's not severe or I would get it checked out, but it hurts.
