afterwards noticed pain down by my achilles tendon on my left foot. Doesn't feel like my achilles, but rather on the side of it, down by the ankle bone area.
Of course when I think of the achilles I freak about about snapping it (knock on wood) because I know it's a long painful rehab.
Any advice or information appreciated!
