Some may recall prior posts about my cousin, Roger Trevisan, a HUGE Michigan fan who tragically passed away after a long bout with cancer when his daughter was a junior and his son a freshman in high school. Eventually, both kids became scholarship track/cross country athletes at UofM.
Well, I'm a little late to discover this, but just learned that his daughter, Maddy, was named captain of this year's Women's Cross Country team! (Nick is a freshman on the men's team and is likely going to redshirt this year).
Unfortunately, Maddy's been struggling with an injury that has derailed her season, but I've still got to believe that Roger is looking down with pride, slapping Bo on the back and bragging about how well his kids are doing at and for Meeechigan.
