So I have some chairs that I would like to paint. They are wooden and they’re basically dining room chairs. I’ve had them for years. They’re black. My basic thought is that I would sand them down and then repaint them. My question is… What would be the best way to paint them? I considered spray paint because I want to get a nice even finish but I thought that might be a pain in the butt because it would require a ton of spray paint. I guess I could use a paint sprayer but beyond this job I don’t know when I would use it again. And I don’t have anyone I can borrow one from. Any thoughts from those who’ve done something similar?
