We live on a street with mostly single family homes. The house across the street is being rented by five dudes. They’re generally quiet and fine but a new one moved in and keeps parking in front of my house when there is space in front of his.
They have five or six cars and take up most of the parking on my half of the street.
I know there’s nothing legally to be done but I don’t think it’s too much to ask when I’d like the one spot on front of my house. Everyone uses their driveway for one car and then the spot in front of their house for their second car.
Gave him a few weeks to figure it out but he clearly hasn’t. I finally left him a nice note today, we’ll see what happens.
