OT: MLB TV

Anyone have the MLB package on Apple TV? Just cut cable and purchased this yesterday, but the picture quality was poor and lots of buffering. I'm wondering if this is normal, if I need to change a setting, or if I need to upgrade my internet service (currently have Uverse Max Plus 18 Mbps)
