After paying over a $1000 for uncovered dental work...
What would you do if your dental office failed to give you their usual reminder call for an upcoming appointment...
Then you missed the appointment...
Then they sent you a bill for $60 for a no show...
Then when you called them to question the bill the office manager says that she could have charged you $300, so you should feel grateful?
What would you do?
EDIT: My WIFE is the patient, not me. I was the one following up on the bill.
