So I'm bored at work and was reading up on some local articles regarding the Lions and the draft and noticed that a lot of writers have different takes on who they should take first round and areas of need. I've seen people wanting to take everyone from Todd Gurley to a WR. I feel like they have to go OL first round because there is so much top end talent(If they fall to 23) and then go defense the rest of the draft. I even like the idea of drafting Cameron Irving first round, move Swanson to LG and then go BPA on defense. A nasty LT would be ideal and then move Riley to RT(where he's probably a better fit anyway), just as long as they improve the OL immediately. That I feel is their biggest weakness, and IMO Stafford isn't good enough to win us games on his own. We have to get a running game around him and be able to protect him on play action.

So what's your thoughts Forters?
