So my neighbor bought a $50,000 travel trailer about a month ago from a place up on Luxington. After the crazy rain yestrday, the thing leaked so bad inside, the wood swelled up, poppped all the cabinets off the wall plus floor damage. He called the place up in Ludington where he bought it and they told him to call the manufacturer in Indiana. So he called there and sent them pictures and they told them they would replace the cabinets and that’s it. Nothing else. He wants full replacement due to possible mold, other damages, etc..
Edit: tbey will also fix the roof.
They said no way. Should he contact an attorney or go about itnhimself? Help would be appreciated.. ...
