of OSU's tattoo scandal from years back? Specifically, did they find evidence that those Player's paid for those tattoos themselves?
I only bring it up because Tate Martell was sporting a brand new full sleeve tattoo on his right arm yesterday. As we all know, full sleeve tattoos (good ones) can run thousands of dollars.
