For future scheduling, what week of the season would you attempt to schedule a marquee home and home series (H&H)?
It seems the consensus (for us sane folk) is that neutral site games aren't as desirable as a good ol' "we'll play you there, if you play us here."
As I looked at the exciting future H&H I thought:
Is week 1 best because; F-it, lets see what's up?
Week 2: OK, we've each had a cream puff, let's get real.
Or week 3; almost to the conference slate, its later in September (Slight M advantage home and away IMO), let's do this.
Thoughts?
