If you suspect someone in your life is struggling, let them know you care. It can make all the difference.

If you are struggling, people care about you -- I guarantee it. Seek help before it's too late; things can get away from you quickly. There are many services available but the National Alliance for Mental Health (NAMI) hotline is well regarded: 1-800-950-NAMI (6264). And if you are a veteran, the VA Veterans' Crisis Hotline is 1-877-424-3838, They are open 24/7

If you are not struggling, be kind. You never know when it will help.

If you ARE struggling, ask for help and bless you.
