OT: good treadmill?

anyone have suggestions regarding a good treadmill for walking+jogging ?

There are soooo many options "out there"... don't need something too fancy, but would like good quality and wouldn't mind the hill-type variation. No matter the topic, there always seem to be some informed folks in TheFort community... hoping this holds true again ;).
