Today was day one. We turned a 70 mile day into a 90 mile day.
This trip has a lot of gravel and off-road trails. We were on a dirt road and some people in big trucks intercepted us, told us the road was private and strongly encouraged us to turn around and leave.
We were only two miles from from the end of the private road but they were pretty clear we were not going forward.
We backtracked and re.routed but it cost us 20 miles and an hour and a half.
Day two tomorrow. Go Blue!
