The key lime pie discussion got me thinking about this topic. That's the obvious one for me, that I can't eat key lime pie anywhere but Key West since I used to make it with real key limes off my backyard tree. Having grown up crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay, I also can't eat crab cakes anywhere other than Annapolis or Baltimore.
