Initially held out on FirstNet due to the lag on 5G adoption. The 25% discount & reports of expedited 5G had me switch on ATT for phone & Watch. I did a Speedtest for wife’s iPhone 11 on ATT without FirstNet & my Max XS on FirstNet/ATT & found a slight decrease in speed but a better signal in rural areas & in buildings. Anyone here have experience on this network in terms of speed/urban & rural reliability?
Also, in order to apply this discount to family, they apparently need FirstNet ready devices. So, kids would need new phones.
