OT: Fantasy trade advice

I was offered Chris Carson and Abudllah for Lamar Miller.

My team is:
Brees
Ty Mont.
Miller
Mike Evans
Larry Fitz
Gronk
Decker/Thielen/Hurns/Burkhead

Note, I also have Rawls on my bench so I would essentially be guaranteeing myself the starter on Seattle.
