I'm winning by 2 points going into tonight's game(s) and all I have is a kicker (Brandon McManus) left to play. With that said, my opponent has nobody left playing.
My question is...
Can I just bench my kicker tonite and call it a day? I know the chances are really slim, but if he should miss 3 PAT's/FG's (-3 points) and not make any...I would lose.
Is benching my kicker to secure a win a bad way to play it? Has anyone else ever done this?
