I'm going to go with a hard "No". Kyrie dreams of having Iverson's quickness and overall athleticism. Kyrie's handles are some of the best I've ever seen in the NBA, but it's impossible to say they're actually better than AI's when AI had one of the most devastating moves in NBA history (crossover). I'd also throw in Iverson's passing as a significant advantage over Kyrie - just better vision.
