I ordered a new pair of skis online at Level Nine Sports the other day. Got a smoking deal on them. They arrived yesterday and were the wrong size. Irritated I sent an email and called...guy apologized and said I'll get the correct size out to you tomorrow. Told me to keep the wrong size ski and sell on my own or keep them. Absolutely shocked. Just got two pairs of skis for the price of one.
If anyone needs skis I would highly recommend Level Nine Sports. Great deals, quick service and to just give a pair of skis away. Now I have a pair of 188 cm skis to sell.
