i have this discomfort in my lower back that has now spread to my hip. Laying or sitting down there is no pain but getting up from sitting is tough. I've gotten this before when I sneezed stepping out the shower but not this intense. It usually doesn't hurt once I start walking for a few minutes. Could it be s stone? I heard that they can be extremely painful but this is more discomfort with slight pain . I guess I should see a doctor obviously but any ideas what could be the cause ? Thanks and Go Blue!
