Anyone dealt with this? Any tips? Had an unexpected break up with my gf of 2 years this past summer so I'm not with her and her family. I'm out of state so I'm not around my family and my grandfather passed away 2 years ago during the holidays. Everything is sort of hitting me all at once here since I'm spending it alone this year.
