Hey all - was just involved in an accident in Ypsi Twp. Was hit nearly head-on by a guy running a red light as I was turning on a green arrow - it was green for 2-3 seconds. He fled the scene after screaming at me. Got multiple witnesses (other cars at the intersection, people pumping gas at Speedway) and the Speedway surveillance cameras that confirm he was flying through the intersection when all other traffic on his side was already stopped (so fast he only barely appeared on one frame of the recording)
He came back 10 minutes later, produced a witness that said I ran a red, and police say they cannot determine fault.
Anybody got any pointers on how to handle this? Sheriff's Dept said they will call me - should I just wait for their call?
