OT: Can't access "the fort" for some reason

For some reason, every time I visit the fort (the premium message board) I get a screen saying that I need to sign in or subscribe, but I am logged in and my subscription is up to date. I have logged out and then back in ten times and it hasn't worked. Anyone have an idea what the issue could be or who I can email for tech support? Thanks in advance and Go Blue!

Then clear your browser cache* and login again with username GDA.

FWIW, I had already tried logging out and back in on a number of devices and it hadn't worked although this is the first time I've cleared the browser's cache and logged out from the main page. But it still didn't work.
 
@jeanetteb Any updates? Just kind of frustrating to be paying for this service and unable to access it. Especially with all the interesting info that I'm surely missing about whether or not there will be a season.

Just to confirm, you are logging in at the main page (not here in the forum), correct?

Please tell me what kind of browser and device you are using.

I access the Wolverine on a number of devices, and it is not working on any of them (phone, tablet, two different laptops). I am currently on the same laptop I have had since 2012 and never had a problem with it. It is a Lenova and runs on Windows. A couple days ago I received the regular notice that my September payment had been processed (we are on auto-pay) so that should not be the issue. It sure seems like there is a checkbox somewhere at your end that needs to be clicked on. Thanks so much for looking into it.
 
The best way for me to help is to talk to you over the phone (I sent you the number via email earlier today).

I can try your login just to be sure your account has no issues. The usual culprits with the kind of problem you are describing involve the cookie settings on your device which allow the website to stay logged in. You might need to allow the url for both the front page and the forum in your cookie settings and double-check that you aren't viewing in private/incognito mode.

@jeanetteb, I am experiencing the same issue.

Have you tried the logout/login steps from the HOME page (not here in the forum)? I did not change anything on the other member's account. He just cleared his cache and logged back in. If going to michigan.rivals.com does not do the trick, please try it at https://n.rivals.com/
@jeanetteb, neither of those options worked. Is there a way to cancel my account? The Fort is really the only reason I am on this site, so no reason to keep it If I can't access it.
 
Just to confirm,

Go the front page: https://michigan.rivals.com/
Logout
Clear browser cache*
Login

If this does not work, confirm that your browser is allowing rivals.com to store a cookie for your account.

This works 95% of the time. Switching from Safari to Chrome, or from Explorer to Firefox can also solve the issue if you have an outdated browser.

The rest of the time, there may be a problem with your account status. When you login, check the billing tab and subscription tab on your profile and see if there is a message from Rivals.Yahoo.
