OT: Cable TV/Internet Sevice

I have been struggling with COMCAST since the last bowl season and have been unable to get satisfactory service to my home in Huntington Woods, MI. A very long and frustrating saga!

I am looking for suggestions on an alternate service provider. Anyone out there really like your Cable/Internet service?
