I ask because with my wife starting her new teaching job she won't make it home till around 4:30p every day and that's not factoring in traffic. My kids get off the bus every day at 3:50p. I don't see a problem with allowing them to let themselves in and wait for their mother. My Daughter is responsible and would be watching our son. That's the problem... He doesn't like to listen to his sister and I'm afraid of him running the neighborhood once he gets off the bus. I also afraid of him fighting with his sister and not listening. What I'm really trying to avoid is having our neighbor watch them till my wife gets home. I suppose we could try it out to see how they do.
